For sand-mixing process, mix the fiber with sand first, then add cement and mix evenly. Alternatively, the fiber can be added directly to the mixer, and mixed with water (pre-wetting the fiber in water can also improve mixing uniformity).

For batch mixing, add the fiber to the aggregate as per the required amount. For pre-mixed fiber, it can be directly used in the concrete if no prolongation of mixing time is necessary, with a mixing time of 30-60 seconds.

The typical dosage range is {{0}}.6-1.9kg/m³, with the common dosage being 0.9kg/m³.

The product is non-toxic and non-flammable. Store in a dry place at room temperature to ensure safety.

 

Common packaging includes 20kg/bag, and two-layer packaging using polypropylene woven bags lined with polyethylene film. Customized packaging is available upon request.
